WHAT DO I NEED TO ENTER THE EVENT?
Everyone needs to purchase an show pass in order to attend the show. Please complete the online form one per person (not per salon) once online tickets go on sale on this website.
WHAT DOES AN ENTRY TICKET GIVE ME ACCESS TO?
Your show pass gives you access to the exhibition floor both days of the event (28 & 29 March 2020). You'll have access to all the activity on the show floor, over 200 sought after brands and an array of on floor features.
HOW DO I BUY A TICKET?
You can purchase a ticket to Beauty Melbourne online on this website.
Alternatively, you can purchase a ticket at the show entry at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre during show hours on the 28-29 March 2020.
I'VE REGISTERED ONLINE BUT AM NOT SURE HOW TO RETRIEVE MY TICKET
You will have received an email with a step-by-step guide assisting you to download your e-ticket, which you can print and bring along with you to gain entry into the Show. There will be e-ticket holders at the show entrance for you to place your folded badge in. You will be are required to wear your e-ticket to get into the exhibition halls.
I HAVE PURCHASED MY TICKET ONLINE, BUT WHAT IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN OR NOT RECEIVED MY TICKET?
You are able to collect it on the day at the Pre-booked and not received your Ticket desk, please bring photo identification with you.

Please note there is admin fee for tickets bought online and onsite, 1.2% for Visa & Mastercard and 3% for Amex.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED INTO THE EXHIBITION HALLS?
Children are permitted, however we strongly recommend that you find alternate care due to Health & Safety and as it is a business event. Children under 15 are free to enter. Children 15 and over will need to purchase a valid ticket.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND OR GUEST?
Beauty Melbourne is a trade only event and as such guests are not permitted. If you are a Salon Owner or Salon Manager, you may bring along 1 guest only at a cost of $40. Accompanying guest passes can be purchased onsite at the Show (not available for pre purchase and allows guest access for 1 day only). If they work in the industry, they must book as per above.

To receive your very own personalised exhibitor product recommendations direct to your inbox, just make sure you register for the show as early as possible and carefully select the product interests during your online registration. Based on the product interests you selected we match you with your very own unique set of product recommendations from exhibitors at the show. Your matches are not sponsored in any way.

I DIDN'T GET TO ATTEND THE EVENT. CAN I GET A REFUND?
Tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable.
CAN I PURCHASE EDUCATION TICKETS WITHOUT AN SHOW TICKET?
The all new ALL ACCESS EDUCATION PASS includes your entry to the Show Floor. However, if you purchase a hands - on workshop, you will also need to purchase Show Entry.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE BUSINESS IDENTIFICATION?
IF YOU'VE ATTENDED BEFORE
If you have attended before, you will not need to supply business ID. If we have your name in our database, it needs to match the same details you registered with last time, including the same first name, surname and email address. The system will then pick up all your other details.
IF YOU'VE NEVER ATTENDED BEFORE
If you have never attended before, you will need to provide business ID as noted below.
Forms of ID accepted include:
- Signed letter from your manager on company letterhead stating your employment
- Personalised business card (appointment cards do not qualify)
- A copy of college enrolment form Certificate/diploma of a course you have complete (industry relevant)
- Pay slip Invoice from a supplier including your salon name
- Company cheque book / credit card
- Forms of Student ID Accepted forms of trade ID include:
- Current and valid student card from your college
- Personalised letter on your training institute's letterhead advising of the course you're currently studying
- A transcript of courses or semesters already completed
- A statement of enrolment certificate
- If you are a TAFE student or your student card does not clearly identify you're studying a beauty or hair related course you will also be required to provide one of the above forms of identification.
