- Info Salons Australia acts as Beauty Melbourne’s ticketing agency. Price of tickets are in AUD$ and include GST.
- Each ticket order will incur a processing fee of 2.5% for Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
- No refunds, exchanges or reissuing of tickets, except as required by Australian law.
- The All Access Pass is for one attendee only, and cannot be shared with others.
- Beauty Melbourne reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or
substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity, should circumstances change.
- The right to admission is reserved and is subject to the seller’s and the venue’s terms and conditions.
- Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced or machines read as invalid and used or are not purchased
- In order to purchase a ticket to an education session, an expo ticket will need to be purchased.
- All entry tickets purchased online before midnight of the early bird closing will be charged at the discounted early bird rate. All entry tickets purchased after the early bird closes will be charged at the non-discounted full price rate.
- Any supplier found canvassing at the exhibition will be escorted out by security immediately.
Beauty Melbourne and Beauty Expo Australia are strictly trade only events and open to salons in the hair, beauty and associated industries only.
YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A FORM OF BUSINESS IDENTIFICATION
Any formal document which has your name and the salon name (or industry relevance) included.
- Signed letter from your manager on company letterhead stating your employment.
- Personalised business card (appointment cards do not qualify).
- A copy of college enrolment form.
- Certificate/diploma of a course you have completed (industry relevant).
- Pay slip.
- Invoice from a supplier including your salon name.
- Company cheque book / credit card.
- Proof of ID.

Collection Of Personal Data
The personal information collected and maintained by us will depend on our interaction with you and generally includes your name, contact details and, where you purchase a ticket to an event or exhibition directly from us, credit card or debit card information. We may also collect details of our past exhibitions or events which you have attended, and details of your preferences or interests where you have provided such information to us. We may also collect and maintain your sensitive information, which could include information about your membership of any professional associations.
For employment applications, we may collect your name, address, contact details, current and past employment information, and educational qualifications. For contractors, we may collect your name, contact details, ABN, and bank account details for payment purposes. Where it is possible, we collect your personal information directly from you in person, in writing, over the telephone, by facsimile, by email or through social media. In some circumstances, we may also collect it from third parties such as through referees listed on your CV, and marketing organisations, including through the use of purchased lists.

My Event Planner / Buyer's Guide is designed to ensure visitors and exhibitors maximise the experience and opportunities by creating points of online connection. To ensure the integrity of My Event Planner/ Buyer's Guide the Organiser conducts regular reviews and reserves the right to remove anyone not using the tool for this purpose. Where warranted the Organiser may take further action; including charging, at the discretion of the Organiser, administration fees and or penalties up to $5,000 for breaches. This includes the promotion of goods and or services by a non exhibitor. Use of My Event Planner / Buyer's Guide constitutes acceptance of this condition.
